How Passion Became a Shop

Hair has always been my passion, but what’s kept me in love with my craft are the personal connections I’ve built along the way. Over the years, I’ve become more than just a stylist to my clients—I’ve been their go-to for everything from the best mascara to must-try restaurants, binge-worthy shows, and even life advice. Sharing my favorites has always come naturally, so when I moved to Mississippi, the seeds for my shop started to bloom.

At first, I didn’t know what my career here would look like. After selling my salon in Los Angeles and renting a chair, I found myself itching for something creative and new. That’s when the Oh, Meredith Shop was born—a reflection of all the things I adore and personally use. This isn’t just a retail shop tacked onto a salon; it’s a space where I share everything I’m obsessed with, from beauty products to home goods. It’s a living, breathing extension of my passions, constantly evolving with new finds and favorites.

Transitioning to Mississippi full-time has been a game-changer. It’s allowed me to create more consistent hours, dive deeper into my community, and expand my reach through the launch of my online store. Now, no matter where you are in the U.S., you can snag my handpicked treasures. Seeing this shop grow over the past 14 months has been thrilling, and I can already envision the exciting places it’s headed.
